- bath in a bathtub filled with natural chloro-sodium water 2-3% Ciechocinek brine. Stimulation of skin receptors influences the autonomic nervous system and improves skin blood flow, decreases nerve excitability, normalises blood pressure and improves regulation of blood circulation.
